ABOUT ME

I am a strategy and operations leader with experience helping executives and organizations turn priorities into clear plans, coordinated action and measurable results.

Throughout my career, I have worked across global institutions, technology, healthcare, education, nonprofits, philanthropy and international business. While the settings have varied, the work has often required the same core strengths: understanding complex challenges, bringing the right people together, creating structure and keeping important work moving forward.

My experience includes advising senior leaders, managing major programmes, improving internal operations, supporting partnerships, overseeing budgets and resources, and helping teams work more effectively across functions and locations.

HOW I WORK

I begin by understanding the issue behind the request. This means asking the right questions, identifying what is most important and separating urgent activity from meaningful progress.

From there, I focus on creating clarity. I define the goal, identify the people who need to be involved, establish responsibilities and develop a practical path forward.

I have advised executives and leadership teams, led strategy and operations work, supported large international meetings, managed technology and organizational change, and helped improve how teams plan, communicate and make decisions.

WHAT MATTERS TO ME

I believe strong leadership requires clarity, sound judgment, accountability and respect.

People perform better when they understand the goal, know what is expected of them and feel that their perspective is taken seriously. Organizations perform better when decisions are clear, responsibilities are defined and leaders remain engaged in the work after the initial direction is given.

I also believe that good systems should not depend on one person. My goal is to help build ways of working that are clear, useful and sustainable.

Whether I am advising an executive, leading a programme, supporting a partnership or improving an internal process, I bring the same commitment: understand the challenge, create alignment and help people move forward with confidence.
